Support for All
The Earl Silverman Memorial Helpline for Battered Men and Women
Providing immediate, confidential support for victims of domestic violence.
A Voice for the Silenced
The Earl Silverman Memorial Helpline for Battered Men and Women was created to give a voice to those who have too often been silenced. For far too long, victims who didn’t fit the “traditional” profile- especially men- were left without support, doubted, or dismissed. Our helpline exists to change that. We are named in memory of Earl Silverman, a Canadian survivor and advocate who dedicated his life to helping men in crisis. Despite his courage, Earl faced resistance at every turn, and his life ended tragically. His story reminds us how devastating it can be when survivors are left without help.
